Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a vehicle.

Eligibility Age

The minimum age required to rent a car is 20 years (completed) with a valid driving license.

Required Documents

Valid Driving License, Passport / Office ID / Aadhaar Card must be produced in original at the time of vehicle delivery.

Failure to provide the required original documents may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the booking amount, subject to a minimum one-day rental charge.

Vehicle Collection

Only the person under whose name the booking/reservation is made can collect the vehicle after verification of the required documents.

Rental Period

The minimum rental duration is 24 hours from the booking pickup time selected online.

Delivery & Collection

The vehicle must be returned to the same location from where it was picked up.

Security Deposit

  • Pay online along with the rental amount.
  • Or pay in cash at the time of vehicle delivery.

Vehicle Documents Provided

Original RC, Insurance, All India Permit, Fitness Certificate, PUC, and self-drive documents copy.

Accessories & Tools

Spare Tyre, Jack, MP3 Player, and standard tools will be provided with the vehicle.

Fuel Policy

Fuel will be provided on a point-to-point basis. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.

Booking Extension

Booking extensions are subject to vehicle availability. Failure to extend the booking officially may result in a penalty of 50% of the total extended fare in addition to the actual rental charges.

Late Return

If the vehicle is returned after the scheduled drop time:

  • ₹700 penalty for the first hour.
  • After one hour, 50% of one-day rental charges will apply additionally.

Vehicle Damage

All repair and damage costs shall be borne by the user.

If damages exceed the security deposit amount, insurance claims may be filed subject to company discretion. Charges not covered under insurance, including tyres, windshield, accessories, interior damage, towing/crane charges, etc., will be recovered from the user.

The company's damage assessment shall be final.

Replacement Vehicle

Replacement vehicles are subject to availability and provided only within city limits in case of mechanical issues.

For breakdowns outside city limits, replacement may not be provided. Equivalent rental charges may be refunded as per company policy.

Traffic Violations

All traffic fines and challans during the rental period shall be borne by the user.

The company reserves the right to recover pending challans received after the rental period through online payment methods.

Booking Modifications by Company

In rare situations where the booked vehicle is unavailable, the company may modify the booking.

If the proposed changes are unacceptable, a full refund will be issued. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such modifications.

Early Return Policy

No refund will be provided for unused rental duration if the vehicle is returned before the scheduled booking period ends.

Cleanliness Policy

Vehicles must not be used for carrying pets, goods, or materials that may damage or dirty the vehicle interiors/exteriors.

A surcharge of 30% of the cleaning/repair cost will apply for excessive dirt or damage.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before 48 Hours: ₹1000 or 20% of booking amount, whichever is higher.
  • Before 24 Hours: ₹2000 or 25% of booking amount, whichever is higher.
  • Within 24 Hours: One-day rental or 30% of booking amount, whichever is higher.

Bookings cancelled on or after the pickup time, or failure to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of pickup time, will be treated as a No Show.

In such cases, the full booking amount will be forfeited and a fresh booking will be required.

Vehicle Misuse Policy

In the event of misuse, the customer will be fully liable for any damage to the vehicle, including third-party losses. The following activities are considered misuse of the vehicle.

1. Over Speeding

As per Supreme Court regulations for new commercial vehicles, customers may drive up to 80 km/h where speed governors are fitted. For other vehicles, the maximum speed limit is 120 km/h.

  • 1st Instance: Warning / Expulsion from future bookings if repeated.
  • 2nd Instance: ₹3000 deducted from the security deposit.
  • 3rd Instance: Entire security deposit will be forfeited.

2. Traffic Violations

Customers are responsible for paying all traffic fines, challans, or violations incurred during the rental period.

3. Car Spare Parts Modification

Customers must not remove, replace, or alter any spare parts of the vehicle.

In case of emergency, the customer must contact the company and act according to instructions provided.

A penalty of ₹5000 plus the actual spare part cost will be charged for unauthorized changes.

4. Tyre Misuse

Damage caused due to driving on rough terrain or continuing to drive with a punctured tyre will be charged to the customer.

Charges will include tyre replacement cost, towing charges, and other applicable service charges.

5. Driving a Damaged Vehicle

Customers must immediately stop using the vehicle and inform the company if the car is damaged in an accident.

Any additional damage caused by continuing to drive the damaged vehicle will be fully borne by the customer.

6. Unauthorized Activities

Carrying arms, ammunition, banned substances, or illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use of the vehicle including product promotions, goods transport, or sales activity is also prohibited.

Violation will attract a penalty of ₹5000.

7. External Branding

Applying stickers, branding, paint, or advertisements on the vehicle without company approval is prohibited.

A penalty of ₹5000 will apply.

8. Tampering with Vehicle Devices

Tampering with GPS devices or any equipment installed in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

A penalty of ₹5000 along with statutory charges, if applicable, will be imposed.

9. Driving Through Waterlogged Areas

Customers deliberately driving the vehicle through flooded or waterlogged areas will be liable for all repair costs and spare part replacement charges.

10. Fake or Tampered Documents

Submission or use of fake, forged, or tampered documents is strictly prohibited.

A penalty of ₹5000 along with statutory charges will be imposed.

11. Unauthorized Route Diversion

Customers are not permitted to drive the vehicle into restricted, unauthorized, or government-banned areas.

Vehicles are geo-fenced. Entering prohibited regions including:

  • Naxal affected areas
  • International border zones
  • Restricted areas in Ladakh
  • Government banned zones

will attract a penalty of ₹10,000.

12. Improper Vehicle Return

Customers must return the vehicle only to a company representative or authorized person.

Failure to do so may result in a penalty of ₹5000 plus recovery charges if applicable.
